Data Analyst

Redcentric is hiring a Data Analyst to help turn raw information into clear, actionable insights. This onsite role in Chicago, IL focuses on collecting and shaping data, analyzing it to uncover trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders through reporting and dashboards.

In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver analysis that supports decision-making. You will also identify patterns across datasets and translate your results into recommendations grounded in the data you evaluate.

What you’ll do

• Collect, process, and analyze data from a variety of sources.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements.
• Identify trends and patterns within data sets.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis.

What you’ll bring

• Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, or Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Compensation: USD 80,000 - 120,000 per year.
