Data Analyst

Venture Forthe, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to work onsite in Cheektowaga, NY, partnering across departments to turn complex information into practical insights. This role focuses on building analytics capabilities, centralizing data reporting, and supporting teams across marketing, scheduling, compliance, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data using statistical methods and produce clear, actionable reports.
• Design, develop, and implement databases and data collection systems.
• Acquire, compile, and manage data from multiple sources.
• Discover trends, patterns, and meaningful insights within complex datasets.
• Clean, filter, and validate data to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Work with leadership to prioritize business and information requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities by applying data-driven insights.
• Assist in integrating analytics into day-to-day business operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Support the technical direction of data and analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data models, database design, and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and programming languages including Python, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks.
• Experience using statistical packages for data analysis.
• Ability to create dashboards and effectively present insights.

Compensation and Location

Location: Cheektowaga, NY (onsite).
Compensation: USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year.
