Data Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is seeking a Data Analyst - AI Trainer to join a remote-first team focused on building smarter AI systems through real-world coding challenges. The role centers on designing and solving coding problems used to train AI, evaluating AI-generated code for quality, and delivering feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
