Data Analyst - AI Trainer

The DataAnnotation position of Data Analyst - AI Trainer centers on designing and solving coding problems that train AI systems, crafting clear code snippets with thorough explanations, and assessing AI-generated code to guide model improvements. This fully remote role offers a flexible schedule and is based with location in Villa Rica, GA.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a range of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that directly informs the next iterations of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language or framework among: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
