Data Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation invites applications for a remote contracting role as a Data Analyst - AI Trainer. This position supports training AI models by crafting and solving coding challenges, producing code snippets with explanations, and evaluating AI-generated code, all with flexible scheduling.

Job Details

Location: Santa Fe, NM (remote). Compensation: USD 50 - 100 per hour. Education: Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a range of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Develop clear, high quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback that helps shape subsequent AI model iterations.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar abilities.
• Bachelor's degree, either completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
