Data Analyst Jr.

Ole Mexican Foods Inc is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst (Junior) to help build and improve reporting and analytics solutions. This onsite role in Norcross, GA focuses on Power BI dashboards and reports, SQL-based data work, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support the design, enhancement, and maintenance of business reporting solutions.
• Create SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and analyze business data.
• Assist with Microsoft Fabric datasets, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
• Validate data accuracy and investigate data quality issues.
• Build meaningful visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Gather reporting requirements from business users and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Document reports, datasets, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot existing reports and support ongoing enhancements.
• Participate in Business Intelligence and analytics projects across multiple departments.

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of data analysis concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic, internship, personal, or professional projects using Power BI.
• Basic understanding of DAX.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or other cloud analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Git or version control is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, ERP, or supply chain environments is a plus.
