Job Description

Ledgent Technology seeks a Data Analyst to help drive a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation. The role focuses on collecting, processing, mapping, and analyzing data, validating data loads, and performing data cleanup while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will develop reports and dashboards and ensure data accuracy across systems in a hybrid role based in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Lead and Work Stream Lead on Bills of Materials, parts, and related documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and align with business objectives
  • Validate and verify data across multiple PLM data loads
  • Lead data cleanup by detailing requirements and coordinating with IT for PLM and ERP integration
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Examine data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Convert complex analyses into concise, decision-ready findings
  • Define and implement documentation control practices to support PLM
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Automate data workflows to enhance reporting efficiency where feasible
  • Extract and analyze data to inform decisions with critical thinking
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in comparable roles
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience implementing and configuring PLM systems, with Windchill preferred
  • Solid to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Professional presentation abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
  • Experience in PLM or other collaborative environments
  • Strong task management with prioritization capability
  • Self-motivated, organized, efficient, and process-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player
  • Tactful, able to exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Capable of performing under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Strong judgment and time-management skills
  • Ability to independently author, review, and implement work instruction content to support new systems and processes
