Data Analyst, RCX
Job Description
This onsite Data Analyst role in Bellevue, WA, joins Amazon's Returns Customer Experience team to unlock insights and drive scalable improvements in the returns transportation business. The position emphasizes data mining and modeling, partnering with stakeholders to move concepts into execution using Excel and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Access and analyze data using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems
- Monitor key metrics, perform data analyses, and collaborate with internal and external teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated dashboards, reports, or systems that enable stakeholders to manage the business and make informed decisions
- Lead business requirements reviews and present findings to leadership
- Produce artifacts with clear written communication that are easily understood by both business and technical partners
- Remain self-driven and capable of delivering on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or another technical field
- Experience performing data analysis using Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
