Job Description

Ingenics Corporation is hiring a Data Analyst / System Analyst to support warehouse operations with analytics, system optimization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and support better decision-making
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft technologies
  • Automate business processes to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy using Microsoft Power Platform solutions
  • Provide system analysis, technical support, and troubleshooting for warehouse operations
  • Support SAP and AM Supply-related system activities and data flows
  • Review current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional and multicultural teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions
  • Apply project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to deliver business value
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders for operational and strategic objectives
  • Follow safety procedures, participate in training programs, and help maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis, information systems, data management, or related areas
  • Experience supporting complex information system environments and end users
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Power Automate
  • Advanced skills in Excel (including VBA/macros), Power BI, and Power Apps
  • Experience with database design, development, and administration
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Understanding of data governance practices, IT tools, and version control systems
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, and capacity planning processes
  • Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data visualization best practices
  • Additional experience applying Agile and Scrum frameworks in digital transformation initiatives
