Data Analyst / System Analyst
Job Description
Ingenics Corporation is hiring a Data Analyst / System Analyst to support warehouse operations with analytics, system optimization, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and support better decision-making
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft technologies
- Automate business processes to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy using Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Provide system analysis, technical support, and troubleshooting for warehouse operations
- Support SAP and AM Supply-related system activities and data flows
- Review current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional and multicultural teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions
- Apply project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to deliver business value
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders for operational and strategic objectives
- Follow safety procedures, participate in training programs, and help maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis, information systems, data management, or related areas
- Experience supporting complex information system environments and end users
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Power Automate
- Advanced skills in Excel (including VBA/macros), Power BI, and Power Apps
- Experience with database design, development, and administration
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Understanding of data governance practices, IT tools, and version control systems
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, and capacity planning processes
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data visualization best practices
