Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs and data requirements
Design, build and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting
Translate complex datasets into clear business oriented insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance across platforms
Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover trends, risks and opportunities
Partner with data scientists, product managers and business teams to support strategic initiatives

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics or a related field
8 years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles
Strong proficiency in SQL Analytics tools
Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains with expertise in stock plans, financial data, Crypto and related business processes
Hands on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake
Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture and governance principles
