About the role

This role blends technical data engineering with strategic analytics to support business functions. The Data Analytics Engineer is responsible for understanding needs, developing scalable data solutions, and delivering actionable insights to the business in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to specify core metrics, KPIs, and data requirements
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting
  • Translate complex data into clear, business‑oriented insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms
  • Perform in-depth analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and analytics tools
  • Experience in financial services and wealth management with expertise in stock plans, financial data, crypto and related business processes
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture and governance principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
