Data Engineer
Job Description
The Data Engineer role at Accenture Flex focuses on designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and data solutions while ensuring data quality. The position requires onsite presence with the client three days per week at designated locations.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex data workflows and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate data solutions that satisfy business needs.
- Analyze and resolve data issues to maintain accuracy and reliability of data assets.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and share knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data engineering processes and tools to boost team performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of work experience as a skilled data engineer with strong data engineering, integration, and automation experience.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with the ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology.
- Associate Degree is required.
