Data Engineer

Onsite, hands-on consulting engagement with a focus on Snowflake and dbt, building and optimizing pipelines and models for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dbt models and data transformations
• Design, implement, and tune Snowflake environments, including warehouses, schemas, security, and performance
• Migrate and integrate data from SQL Server into Snowflake
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested SQL
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions
• Propose best practices across data architecture, governance, and cost optimization

Requirements

• Hands-on Snowflake experience in a production environment
• Experience building models and pipelines using dbt Core or dbt Cloud
• Strong SQL Server background, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and SSIS (or similar)
• Excellent SQL skills and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Availability to start immediately

• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Snowflake or dbt certifications

Compensation

• $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
