Data Engineer

Storm3 is looking to hire its first Data Engineer for an on-site role in New York, NY. In this position, you will take ownership of building the full data foundation end-to-end, supporting both core analytics and AI-driven insights across the organization.

This work sits at the intersection of AI, data, and healthcare, helping Storm3 translate complex, high-volume information into reliable pipelines, measurement capabilities, and usable experimentation and insight tooling.

What you’ll do

• Build and own the cloud data platform end-to-end
• Design scalable ingestion, transformation, and attribution pipelines
• Solve complex identity resolution and data quality challenges
• Create the foundation for campaign measurement, experimentation, and AI-driven insights
• Partner directly with Product, AI, Media, and Customer teams

What you’ll need

• Strong Python and SQL
• Experience building production-grade data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Expertise with modern cloud data stacks, including BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift
• Comfort working with messy, high-volume third-party data
• A startup mentality and a desire to own problems from 0 to 1
