Data Engineer, AMZL Orbit Data Engineering

Onsite in Bellevue, WA, Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Data Engineer for the AMZL Orbit Data Engineering team, with a salary range of USD 132,100 to 178,800 per year.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy real-time analytics platforms using big data tools and AWS services such as Hadoop, Spark, EMR, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Kinesis Firehose, and DynamoDB Streams.
• Develop data models, design ETL pipelines, and enable business intelligence workflows; collaborate with stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities where data infrastructure upgrades deliver substantial business impact.
• Operate as a proactive contributor in a fast-paced, global team, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to think holistically while delivering precise, reliable results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of data engineering experience.
• Experience in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and building end-to-end ETL pipelines.
