Job Description
Henry M. Jackson Foundation (HJF) is hiring a Data Engineer to help strengthen the Office of Medical Education’s enterprise data foundation. Based in Bethesda, MD onsite, this role focuses on architecting and maintaining the organization’s data infrastructure, modernizing legacy workflows to a scalable cloud-based lake house, and delivering reliable reporting and analytical solutions for stakeholders. The position also involves overseeing adherence to research protocol compliance requirements.
What you’ll work on
- Architect and maintain the Office of Medical Education’s enterprise data infrastructure
- Migrate legacy processes to a scalable cloud-based lake house
- Develop ETL pipelines to support diverse data sources
- Lead delivery of reporting and analytical solutions to stakeholders
- Oversee compliance with research protocols
Reporting lines
- Organizationally reports to Office of CIO
- Functionally reports to SOM (School of Medicine) at Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
Compensation: USD 127,000 - 138,000 per yearly.
