Dealer Audit - Data Analyst & AI Solutions

Auburn Hills, MI onsite data analyst role supporting Stellantis Dealer Audit with data analysis to inform decisions and to identify, design, pilot, and scale AI and automation initiatives that improve processes and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Examine large, complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analytics requirements and propose data driven solutions.
• Create visualizations or perform further analyses aligned with identified needs.
• Understand business data and recommend improvements to data quality and knowledge management.
• Support audit teams in expanding their use of data and AI within testing activities.
• Stay current with emerging AI and data analytics technologies.
• Identify high impact AI, Copilot, and automation opportunities to embed into daily operations.
• Map processes and conduct problem analysis to define requirements and value hypotheses.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with stakeholders to confirm feasibility and ensure smooth integration of solutions.
• Develop deployment playbooks, documentation, and training assets.
• Create reusable templates, prompts, workflows, or automation components.
• Define KPIs and measure performance, productivity, and financial outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Stellantis' Responsible AI and Data Governance frameworks.
