Dealer Audit - Data Analyst & AI Solutions
Job Description
This on-site role in Auburn Hills, MI focuses on analyzing data to support Stellantis Dealer Audit stakeholders, delivering analytics and recommendations while driving AI and automation initiatives across Dealer Audit to improve workflows and digital processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and identify opportunities for value.
- Develop visualizations or conduct further analyses based on defined needs.
- Build domain knowledge of business data and offer recommendations to improve data quality and usage.
- Support audit teams in expanding their data and AI capabilities during testing and evaluation.
- Stay current with AI and data analytics advancements to inform practice.
- Identify high value AI, Copilot, and automation opportunities to embed in daily operations.
- Map processes and perform problem analysis to define requirements and value hypotheses.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure feasibility and smooth integration of solutions.
- Develop deployment playbooks, documentation, and training assets to enable adoption.
- Create reusable templates, prompt libraries, workflows, and automation components.
- Define KPIs and measure performance, productivity, and financial outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with Stellantis Responsible AI and Data Governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, MIS, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, AI Analyst, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalents
- Proficiency with programming languages including Python, R, SQL, and NoSQL
- Familiarity with platforms such as Visual Studio Code, Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir Foundry
- Strong computer skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and online collaboration tools
- AI literacy: understanding capabilities, limitations, risks, and responsible use
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business environments and responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Quantitative, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Knowledge of risk management, control objectives/activities, and automated/manual controls

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior audit experience in financial, compliance, operational, or dealership/franchise contexts
- Experience with automotive OEM dealership management systems
- Understanding of the franchised dealership model
- Experience with highly automated or digital processes, including remote auditing techniques, claims processing, and optical recognition software
- Advanced degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, MIS, or a related field
- 5+ years of automotive industry experience, including knowledge of Retail dealership processes and fixed operations, or automotive technical information systems and repair procedures
