Health Data Analyst - AI Trainer
Job Description
DataAnnotation is seeking a remote Health Data Analyst - AI Trainer to evaluate AI generated quantitative work and create training tasks that benchmark and improve AI systems focused on quantitative reasoning.
Responsibilities
- Assess AI generated quantitative outputs for technical accuracy and real-world validity across statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data driven insights.
- Design and solve quantitative problems used to train and benchmark AI systems, covering forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce clear technical explanations and maintain well documented analytical code.
- Provide actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models built for quantitative reasoning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a quantitative role or research environment, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related field.
- Some coding experience with the ability to write and review analytical code end to end.
- Practical experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experiment design (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, time series forecasting).
- Fluency in English with strong writing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred; a master’s or PhD is a plus.
- Relevant credentials or demonstrated expertise are advantageous (for example, Kaggle rankings, AWS or GCP ML certifications).
