Human Resources Data Analyst
Job Description
The Plastic Surgery Center seeks a Human Resources Data Analyst to analyze HR data and deliver data-driven insights to support HR decisions onsite in Red Bank, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate HR data including headcount, turnover, compensation, and engagement to guide HR strategy
- Collaborate with HR teams and organizational leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality within the HRIS system
- Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and enhance HR processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate data workflows
- Monitor key HR KPIs and assemble regular reporting packages for executive leadership
- Assist with HR system implementations, upgrades, and data audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Over three years of data analytics experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Human resources experience required: 2 years
- HRIS experience required: 2 years
- Benefits administration experience: 2 years
