The role offers a competitive compensation range of USD 89,600 to 198,400 per year and requires a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities
- Drive the design and rollout of cloud based data and analytics solutions, including data pipelines, data models, and reporting structures.
- Steer the enterprise reporting and data strategy, providing oversight of analytics across the organization, executive dashboards, and operational insights aligned to business goals.
- Advance analytics enablement by supervising dashboard development, semantic modeling, and self service capabilities with Power BI and Tableau, ensuring intuitive, high performance reports built on trusted data.
- Support scalable cloud data architectures using modern data warehouses and tools in the cloud ecosystem (Snowflake, AWS, Azure), guiding data modeling and pipeline standards for enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into sound technical solutions.
- Promote best practices in data engineering, including code quality, version control, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and help steer the technical direction of data engineering initiatives.
- Assist with estimating effort, planning work, and ensuring timely delivery of project components.
Requirements
- Ability to recognize business needs, analyze requests, and recommend solid technical solutions.
- Lead a team of 3 to 10+ technical consultants.
- Manage expectations with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and grow the next generation of leaders on the team.
- Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables to meet firm project timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build trusted relationships across clients, teammates, managers, and domain experts.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience delivering end to end reporting and analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, KPI definition, BI data modeling, dashboard development, and data integration to support enterprise reporting needs.
- Hands on experience with cloud based data and analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake), enabling scalable pipelines and governed datasets that support Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Computer Information Systems (MIS or CIS) or related field is required.
