Lead Data Engineer

Genpact is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to support analytics and problem solving for DVIC analytics activities in an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL. This position focuses on Adobe Analytics enablement, recurring executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day operational ownership with minimal oversight. The role emphasizes independent execution, organized delivery, and clear visibility into progress, risks, and next steps.

Role focus

• Analytics and problem solving to investigate complex business questions, identify trends and opportunities, and turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Adobe Analytics support across web and mobile app platforms, including implementation and tagging support, requirements development, data validation and quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Executive reporting through recurring reporting and presentations that clearly communicate performance, key insights, business implications, and recommended actions.
• Operational ownership for day-to-day DVIC analytics priorities, deliverables, and ongoing updates to leadership on progress, risks, upcoming milestones, and next steps.
• Independent execution with strong organization and attention to detail, translating broad objectives into structured plans and independently delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to translate complex questions into insights and recommendations.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation and tagging across web and mobile app environments.
• Develop recurring executive-level reporting and presentations focused on performance, insights, implications, and actions.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms, simplifying complex concepts for technical and business leaders.
• Proactively manage DVIC analytics activities, deliverables, and priorities while maintaining consistent leadership visibility.
• Operate as a detail-oriented self-starter capable of planning, taking initiative, and delivering with minimal oversight.
