Machine Learning Engineer

Adidev Technologies Inc is seeking a Jr-Mid Machine Learning Engineer in Austin, TX for an onsite role, with a strong focus on Generative AI. In this position, you will help deploy and continuously improve advanced machine learning models, taking solutions from early requirements through monitoring and ongoing optimization.

You will work on end-to-end data modeling efforts, applying data analysis and engineering practices to build AI-driven capabilities. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams to integrate Generative AI models into product offerings while maintaining compliance with ethical and privacy standards.

What you’ll do

• Architect and refine sophisticated ML models and algorithms, turning complex datasets into practical outcomes.
• Support the full lifecycle of data modeling projects, from business requirements through deployment and monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis, including preprocessing and feature engineering, with hands-on use of Generative AI algorithms for novel solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Generative AI models into offerings and improve user experiences.
• Apply advanced analytical methods to large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Optimize model accuracy and efficiency through data preprocessing, feature engineering, and algorithm tuning.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to extract insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Stay current with ML trends, tools, and best practices, including AutoML, MLOps, and interpretability frameworks.
• Contribute to adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, with an emphasis on ethical AI practices.

What you bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrable experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and/or other AI areas.
• Industry experience with Generative AI models and frameworks such as GANs or Transformers.
• Practical working experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data visualization tools, and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of algorithmic complexity and data structure optimization.
• Ability to develop and implement cutting-edge ML models, with a focus on Generative AI use cases including text generation, image synthesis, and creative AI.
• Strong skills in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Background in cloud computing and big data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including hands-on experience with cloud-based ML services and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for AI, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps.
• Experience facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices in AI/ML, particularly around Generative AI.
• Commitment to ensuring AI implementations comply with ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.
