Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative LLM training techniques and optimization strategies to push the capabilities of language models.
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists and leverage Amazon's diverse data assets and massive compute resources to accelerate multimodal LLM and Generative AI development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time, non-internship software development experience
• 2+ years in the design or architecture of new or existing systems, focusing on patterns, reliability, and scalability
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Bachelor's degree
