Operation AI Engineer (Level 2)
Job Description
Role focused on building and maintaining AI driven production-operations solutions, including data analysis, front-end development, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing AI applications that support production operations use cases.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to apply sound software development practices that promote code quality and scalability.
- Gather and document requirements from production teams, translating key operational challenges into functional specifications.
- Contribute to front end development efforts, building intuitive user interfaces for interacting with AI driven tools.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, and exploratory analysis on large production datasets to support model training and performance monitoring.
- Deploy AI solutions in pilot environments, provide basic user training, and gather feedback for incremental improvements.
- Support change management by communicating updates to end users and ensuring tools remain maintainable and adaptable for future needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering or a related technical field
- Foundational understanding of relational databases and database management
- Proficiency in Python and foundational machine learning concepts, with the ability to independently develop, train, and evaluate models using libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Experience developing full stack web applications using modern frameworks, with hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI)
