Job Description

Senior-level Product Manager (Vice President) for Payments Data and Analytics at JPMorganChase, onsite in New York, NY. This role directs the full product lifecycle, serves as the voice of the customer, and delivers scalable analytics products that generate customer value. Compensation ranges from USD 122,550 to 201,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Articulates a product strategy and vision focused on delivering tangible customer value.
  • Oversees discovery activities and market research to identify customer solutions and translates them into the product roadmap.
  • Owns and evolves the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Establishes the measurement framework and monitors key success metrics including cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Coordinates with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define objectives and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Leverages cutting edge technologies to develop analytics products that reveal insights and drive growth.
  • Cultivates stakeholder relationships to align on analytics strategies and roadmaps.
  • Presents complex analytics concepts in accessible terms to diverse audiences to ensure shared understanding.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, or equivalent expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design principles, and data analytics.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Solid understanding of analytics methodologies and technologies.
  • Demonstrated passion for data driven innovation and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive team success and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to deliver high quality results independently with ownership of projects.
