Quality Data Analyst

University Health offers an onsite opportunity in San Antonio, TX for a collaborative, data-driven environment where analytics inform program decisions. In this role, you will support analytic driven projects, synthesize data from multiple sources, and build products and self-service reporting using SPSS, REDCap, and Tableau. The position pays $22-$38 per hour and requires a BS/BA in analytics or a health care related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a statistical and analytics expert within a collaborative, team-based setting.
• Assist the Department of Community Initiatives & Population Health by coordinating the synthesis of diverse data sources to support analytic projects.
• Provide technical and methodological guidance while supporting data management, statistical analysis, interpretation, and reporting across internal and external initiatives.
• Focus on developing products that integrate SPSS, REDCap, and Tableau to power analytics workflows.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to build a culture of data fluency and enable enterprise level self-service reporting.

Requirements
