Senior Automation Engineer - AI & Intelligent Automation

Nvizion Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer focused on AI and Intelligent Automation for onsite work in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automation across Oracle HCM Cloud applications, using integrations, workflow automation, RPA, and AI/Generative AI capabilities to strengthen HR operations.

You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency by reducing manual effort, enhancing data quality, and enabling more informed HR decisions through analytics, dashboards, and automated alerts.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement automation solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud business processes.
• Analyze HR operations to uncover opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and HCM Extracts.
• Configure and automate workflows across modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning.
• Build and maintain automated data validation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions.
• Develop RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Use AI and Generative AI capabilities to enhance HR service delivery, employee self-service, and workforce analytics.
• Create automated dashboards and alerts with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
• Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support Oracle HCM quarterly release testing, automation, and deployment activities.
• Document automation frameworks, technical designs, and operational procedures.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and Absence Management.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, HSDL, and HCM Extracts.
• Experience with automation tools including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, and Oracle Process Automation.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and data integration concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

AI and Intelligent Automation Experience

• Implement Generative AI use cases for HR service automation.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for employee support.
• Automate resume screening and candidate matching processes.
• Build predictive workforce analytics and HR insights solutions.
• Implement document intelligence and automated HR case management.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Oracle AI Services, or OpenAI technologies to enhance HR experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI/ML-driven HR solutions.
• Familiarity with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and conversational AI.
• Experience integrating Oracle HCM with ERP, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or other third-party applications.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and workforce management.
• Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
