Senior Data Analyst - CX Analytics (Pro Product)
Job Description
The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the CX Analytics team within the Pro Product segment, based onsite in Atlanta, GA. This role turns complex data into compelling, decision-ready storytelling to guide strategy and elevate the Pro customer experience, combining hands-on SQL, Python, and Tableau work with a focus on AI and advanced analytics. The position collaborates with product, UX, and engineering partners to turn insights into tangible improvements for Pro customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and promote consistent reporting standards across the team.
- Design and implement a scalable reporting framework.
- Lead data mining efforts to inform analytics initiatives.
- Create programs, methodologies, and data artifacts for analysis and presentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end users to capture requirements.
- Analyze data, develop SQL scripts, stored procedures and triggers, and generate reports.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare data load scripts for bulk data ingestion from multiple sources.
- Leverage a variety of database applications and analytics tools as needed.
- Enhance systems and procedures to improve analytics workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tools for dashboards and executive-ready reporting.
- Solid Python skills for data analysis, statistical modeling, or automation.
- Proven ability to translate data into clear, compelling stories for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for and understanding of AI applications in analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proven success partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
- High level of curiosity, ownership, and bias toward action.
- Experience in Customer Experience analytics, Product Analytics, B2B or closely related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
