Job Description
Pinnacle Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to drive a large-scale data modernization initiative in Indianapolis, IN (onsite).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize BI oriented data architectures and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that support complex transformations.
- Create technical designs, data models, and strategic roadmaps for the data ecosystem.
- Diagnose and resolve data quality and processing issues across pipelines and warehouses.
- Produce and maintain thorough documentation for data warehouses, data stores, and end-to-end data flows.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data warehousing, databases, and dimensional data modeling.
- 5+ years spanning end-to-end data analysis and development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud platforms.

Terms
- Direct hire opportunity with annual compensation up to $130,000, based on experience.
