Sr Data Analyst Labor

Responsibilities

• 40% of time spent improving labor and related business decisions that drive productivity in US retail stores. Design, develop, and implement analytical tools, technology, and business solutions to educate and influence labor clients and business leaders. Create dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual aids to support decision making. Identify new opportunities to optimize labor decisions and store productivity.
• 40% of time leading analyses of moderate to high complexity for Home Depot's hourly payroll labor model to drive business decisions and efficiency. Identify trends, determine root causes, and provide analytical insights to client groups and leaders to inform labor model decisions.
• 20% of time supporting existing analytical tools and dashboards while developing additional technical competencies and subject matter expertise to enable process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field related to the job
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• No previous leadership experience

Physical Requirements

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent movement potential. Rarely, light articles may need to be moved or lifted.

Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor environment. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Education

Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience

Minimum: 2 years. Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
