Lead end-to-end advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives across Puerto Rico operations in a highly regulated GMP environment.

Lead analytical projects and collaborate with business partners including commercial insights teams, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, data teams, external vendor partners, service owners, and IS partners.
Develop analytical models and insights across the PR Operations Organization to address specific business problems.
Use advanced analytics to innovate and create meaningful business impact.
Lead, use, and develop data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities within the commercial organization.
Participate in cross-functional projects and programs to systematically derive insights that translate into business value.
Work independently with minimal supervision, identifying business needs, performing SWOT analysis, proposing analytical approaches, obtaining approvals, and executing the work end to end.
Build high-performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models, and proof of concepts using Python.
Work with SQL and other database query languages.
Lead and collaborate across teams to define methodology for answering business questions, and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Create clear, impactful story-driven presentations in PowerPoint, leveraging the MS Office suite (including Excel and PowerPoint).
Maintain compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements related to data assets.

Experience in programming, coding, system design and architecture, algorithms, and data structures.
Experience with statistical software and coding languages such as R, MATLAB, SAS, and Python, plus database languages such as SQL.
Ability to translate business questions into programming-based business solutions.
Capability to develop solutions to routine technical problems.
Proven skill in selecting the right tools for the problem.
Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms; able to collaborate effectively across different communication and working styles.
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
