Stafford Technology seeks an onsite contract Systems and Data Analyst to oversee the Workiva platform for ESG reporting, manage sustainability data, and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy in Westerville, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Workiva platform supporting ESG reporting
Collect, import, cleanse, and manage carbon emissions and environmental metrics
Validate data accuracy and remediate data quality issues
Perform detailed analysis to confirm readiness for reporting
Develop and maintain data workflows, templates, and documentation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture sustainability metrics
Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
Ensure adherence to ESG frameworks and reporting standards

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Workiva (required)
Extensive experience handling large datasets and data validation
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and related data tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
