Responsibilities
- Delivery and Execution: Collaborates with UX, engineering, and product management to design secure, reliable, and scalable ML solutions; ensures user stories are developer-ready, understandable, and testable; configures off-the-shelf solutions to align with evolving business needs; builds meaningful dashboards, logging, alerts, and remediation workflows to proactively address issues.
- Learning: Engages in ongoing learning about modern software design, machine learning, and core development practices; reviews articles, tutorials, and videos to stay current with industry innovations; attends conferences to apply new techniques where appropriate.
- Strategy and Planning: Researches business trends and behavioral data to identify opportunities and initiatives; leads evaluation, development, and recommendation of technology products and platforms to deliver cost-effective solutions; designs infrastructure, network, database, security, and ML architectures; proactively creates and maintains tools to support ML initiatives.
- Support and Enablement: Addresses questions from product and support teams; fosters cross-team collaboration; provides production application support; monitors production service level objectives; reviews performance and capacity across code, infrastructure, data, message processing, and prediction quality.
