Accenture is seeking an AI Engineer – Forward Deployed Engineer for its Reinvention Centers in Irving, Texas, on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will embed with enterprise client teams as a technologist and trusted advisor, delivering Snowflake AI Data Cloud driven data engineering, GenAI capabilities, and agentic AI solutions. The compensation range for this position is USD 68,300 to 220,400 per year.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI agents, covering retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, and evaluation harnesses.
- Construct Snowflake data pipelines with Dynamic Tables, Streams, and Tasks; leverage Snowsight UI for querying, dashboards, and operational visibility.
- Embed GenAI capabilities into Snowflake workloads using Cortex AI components (Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, Cortex LLM functions).
- Optimize data models, queries, and processing workflows on Snowflake for performance and cost efficiency.
- Process large-scale data on Snowflake with SQL, Python, and the Spark ecosystem.
- Tailor and deploy agent-powered applications across finance, healthcare, and retail; lead workshops, PoCs, and code-with sessions with clients.
- Define and monitor metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
- Build Snowflake-native pipelines using Cortex AI, Dynamic Tables, and the broader Snowflake data ecosystem.
- Operate MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD across the ML and LLM lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least four years of engineering experience with the Snowflake AI Data Cloud and large-scale data projects (Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Streams & Tasks, Snowsight), including building API layers that expose data and AI/ML capabilities to enterprise systems.
- Four-plus years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent, with comfort using evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and observability.
- Four-plus years of production exposure: CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging; practical MLOps and LLMOps across the ML/LLM lifecycle (model training, serving, monitoring, prompt management).
- At least one year designing and shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
- At least one year delivering agentic solutions in production (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) using AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, open-source) and Snowflake Cortex AI components (Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, Cortex LLM functions).
