Job Description

PwC is seeking an AI Data Scientist Manager to lead data science initiatives in New York, translating raw data into actionable insights and guiding teams to unlock business growth. This onsite role emphasizes building predictive models, developing robust data pipelines, and mentoring colleagues through data science workflows.

The position offers a compensation range of USD 99,000 - 252,450 per year and requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data science initiatives to convert raw data into actionable insights for informed decision-making
  • Guide teams in applying advanced analytics and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems
  • Develop and implement data models and algorithms to enhance predictive capabilities
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and data lakes to support large-scale data processing
  • Utilize machine learning and deep learning techniques to drive innovation and improve data-driven strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth
  • Coach team members to strengthen skills in data science workflows and troubleshooting
