Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Assist in creating BI reports and dashboards using BI tools, ensuring they meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Perform basic data analysis and validation with SQL and Excel to uphold report integrity.
• Support web application development on low-code platforms under the guidance of senior developers.
• Contribute to implementing RPA workflows to automate repetitive business processes.
• Collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand challenges and tailor solutions to streamline processes.
• Partner with data architecture and engineering teams to support data modeling and automation efforts.
• Foundational experience with Analytics Applications, including report development and data validation; familiarity with RPA and low-code web app development is a plus.
• Fundamental SQL programming skills focused on data integrity and validation.
• Assist in performance optimization for reports and dashboards across analytics applications and related tools by addressing data loading and query performance issues.
• Actively pursue self-directed learning to stay current with evolving technologies, seeking resources to expand knowledge and adapt to new practices.
• Demonstrate effective communication to support collaboration and receive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience using analytics applications and SQL programming.
