Associate Data Analyst

Internet Brands is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join its El Segundo based data analytics team. This role supports data and analysis for tracking and reporting related to the health vertical (WebMD/Medscape).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear, high-impact visualizations that communicate performance, trends, and benchmarking insights aligned to business needs.
• Streamline and automate reporting, audits, and other data-driven workflows; create scalable, partner-friendly solutions that support self-service.
• Provide time-sensitive analyses to support ongoing business questions.
• Analyze web traffic, email engagement, and app engagement to evaluate program success, including click-through performance, retention, re-engagement, and A/B testing.
• Build subject matter expertise in assigned areas by combining data understanding with business context.
• Assess how AI can contribute to improving tasks within the scope of responsibility.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics or Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.

Technology & Tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience accessing data from databases.
• Proficiency creating, maintaining, and optimizing data visualization dashboards.
• Proficiency using SQL for analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge and experience with AI systems and capabilities.

Compensation & Location

Location: El Segundo, CA (onsite)

Salary: USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year
