Salary range and location details: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, onsite, 40 hours per week. Pay details range from $76,290 to $125,260 USD annually.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently as the senior analytics expert and mentor teammates as needed
• Serve as a subject matter expert in a defined area and own end to end analytics tasks
• Address short to mid term issues, focusing on monthly to quarterly cycles
• Translate business knowledge into relevant analysis and visually compelling materials that support goals
• Develop analyses and visualizations to reveal trends and opportunities across the business
• Deliver insights and propose actions aligned with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with diverse functional areas to enable day to day analytics delivery
• Process data requests accurately and within agreed timelines
• Represent the analytics function as a professional resource and bridge business needs to reporting
• Provide day-to-day analytics insights and collateral for stakeholders
• Contribute to KPI identification and suggest opportunities to support business needs
• Identify growth or efficiency opportunities and investigate analytics issues
• Validate data analysis to ensure accuracy and minimize errors
• Develop analyses to corroborate proof of concept results
• Educate business users on integrating analytics into decision making when needed
• Offer recommendations on monetization goals and quantify value, savings, or revenue impact
• Build business requirements and guide project execution to generate actionable insights
• Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to interpret and present data clearly
• Remain current on practices, trends, and evolving methods in the field
• Maintain a risk aware mindset, escalating non standard or high risk activities as necessary
• Lead small scale work streams or projects as appropriate
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and communicate updates promptly
• Share thought leadership and knowledge to support team and business unit growth
• Foster productive relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders
• Act as a brand ambassador for the function and the bank, promoting a positive, inclusive culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree preferred; graduate level studies welcome; 3+ years of relevant experience; higher degrees may count toward experience
• Operates independently as a senior subject matter expert and provides guidance to others
• Owns data management metrics and end to end reporting from requirements through insight delivery
• Analyzes complex data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Translates data into clear, actionable insights to inform decisions and prioritization
• Partners effectively with business and control stakeholders to support data management maturity
• Strong communication skills to explain insights to both technical and non technical audiences
• Proficient with Excel, SQL, databases and Power BI to deliver high quality reporting solutions
• Focuses on short to mid term outcomes while driving ongoing improvement
