Job Description
Ray America Inc. is seeking a Business Systems & Data Analyst (Bilingual Korean) to oversee company-wide data systems and business intelligence reporting. This onsite role also serves as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365 and supports Salesforce and commission reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company-wide data systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, consistency, and accessibility.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc management reports and reporting for HQ, including sales performance, operational KPIs, market trends, and business metrics.
- Assess reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and implement process improvements to strengthen reporting reliability.
- Act as the primary Microsoft 365 administrator, covering user account management, licensing, access controls, and security settings.
- Administer and support Salesforce and other business applications.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning and system access.
- Support Salesforce data management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Validate sales data and prepare commission calculation reports according to approved compensation plans.
- Investigate and resolve reporting and commission-related discrepancies.
- Support sales performance analysis and compensation-related reporting requests.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Operations, and HQ teams to identify reporting, system, and business process needs.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
- Provide analytical and technical support for special projects and business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field with at least two (2) years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree in one of the listed fields.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business systems administration, IT administration, or a related role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas such as Look Up and Index & Match, and data validation.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, licensing, and access management.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Strong analytical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Korean language proficiency in both verbal and written communication to support collaboration with HQ and global teams.
