Data Analyst
Job Description
Support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) by turning data into actionable insights, assessing performance, and delivering visual dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Gather, merge, and analyze large, complex datasets to surface insights aligned with program objectives.
- Create intuitive, interactive dashboards (Power BI) for users with a broad range of technical backgrounds.
- Define data requirements and ensure data storage, accessibility, and alignment with client needs.
- Develop and maintain data governance documentation, tools, and templates.
- Collaborate with non technical stakeholders to elicit, understand, and refine requirements.
- Identify data quality and fidelity issues and propose remediation steps.
- Build tools, resources, and reports to support data requests and ongoing analysis.
- Operate effectively in a hybrid work environment, including on-site client work, Guidehouse offices, and remote settings.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (or higher) security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two or more years of experience in data engineering, data visualization, data integration, or database management.
- Experience ensuring data accuracy and usability through data quality management and integration using SQL, Python, or R.
- Proven experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Power BI.
