Job Description

The Data Analyst will turn raw inputs into accurate reporting, dashboards, and analysis that support day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and compile data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Build and automate dashboards using Tableau and Tableau Prep for business units
  • Analyze data trends and patterns to support business initiatives and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and deliver insights
  • Document processes, data sources, and business logic to improve transparency and repeatability
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Present findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Complete other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Degree / GED; Associate Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep for data preparation and visualization
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (plus)
  • Understanding of fundamental analytical and problem-solving concepts
  • Ability to operate within corporate policy guidelines and business practices
  • Results oriented with a demonstrated strong sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external contacts
  • Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasking, critical thinking, accurate, thorough, and a problem-solver
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assigned duties
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to talk and hear
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; sit; stoop, bend, and kneel
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Work Environment

  • Professional office environment
  • Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; occasional overtime required
  • Location: Green Bay, WI (onsite)
