Data Analyst/Action Officer - OPNAV

Synchron, LLC is hiring a Data Analyst/Action Officer to support the Navy’s OPNAV N9 Division and contribute to responsibilities tied to the OPNAV PPBE process.

Responsibilities

• Support the program with responsibilities inherent within the OPNAV PPBE process
• Coordinate stakeholders involved in PPBE-related activities
• Develop briefings for program needs
• Visualize and analyze data to support decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics or related fields
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Experience with data analysis in the DoD environment
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (required)
• Basic proficiency in Python (required)
• Demonstrated experience briefing senior leadership
• Active DoD Secret clearance (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Navy, OPNAV, and PPBE experience is desired
