Data Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is building AI training workflows by designing coding problems that teach machines how to understand and generate code. In the Data Analyst - AI Trainer role, you will craft diverse coding challenges, supply clear, well-documented code samples with explanations, and assess AI-produced code to guide the next generation of AI models. This position is fully remote with a flexible schedule, allowing you to contribute from home while collaborating on varied projects.

Location: Baton Rouge, LA (remote) • Salary: USD 50 - 100 per hour • Education: Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
