Data Analyst - AI Trainer
Job Description
Fully remote with flexible scheduling and an hourly range up to USD 100. This Santa Fe, NM based role also supports remote work from many regions, enabling you to contribute to AI development from wherever you are. You will tackle coding tasks, analyze data, and create visualizations that directly inform model improvements, with opportunities to take on projects that fit your availability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
- Evaluate AI generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
- Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
