Data Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation invites applications for the Data Analyst - AI Trainer role. This fully remote contract position is based in Warren, MI, and supports training AI models by designing and solving coding problems, delivering clear code snippets with explanations, and assessing AI-generated code to refine systems. The opportunity offers flexible scheduling with an hourly rate up to USD 100.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
