Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards to present key business insights
- Extract, transform, and clean data from multiple structured and unstructured sources, including ERP and EDP
- Collaborate with partners and team members to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions
- Assist in statistical modeling, KPI tracking, and ad hoc analyses to drive operational improvements and regulatory readiness
- Document processes, workflows, and methodologies to ensure scalability and reproducibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong ability to leverage SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data across relational databases
- Working knowledge of scripting languages for statistical analysis, data wrangling, and automation, such as Python or R
- Demonstrated experience leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics to drive data-informed decision-making
- Strong proficiency in modern data visualization tools to translate complex data into actionable insights tailored to end user requirements (Power BI, Tableau)
- Comfortable with advanced Excel features such as Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA for data analysis
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Databricks)
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical data and insights clearly to collaborators
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of data governance and quality management principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
