Description
The Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWRR) group at Amazon focuses on making zero cost of returns, zero waste, and zero defects to benefit customers, the business, and the environment. WWRR spans business, product, operations, data, and software engineering teams who together manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged products.
In WWRR you will partner across these disciplines to help customers discover quality used items, rentals, and open box deals; maximize value from Amazon products; improve the returns experience; and reduce defects, waste, and reverse-logistics costs.
You will be a leader, builder, and owner, collaborating across technical, operations, and business teams to design scalable and automated solutions to customer problems. The Earth is our customer too, and WWRR embraces that focus as we innovate within Amazon's ecosystem.
As a Data Analyst, you will model complex problems, derive insights, and identify opportunities through business intelligence, data mining, and visualization techniques. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve problems, create operational efficiencies, and meet high standards. You should apply a breadth of tools, data sources, and analytical approaches to answer high-impact business questions and present insights concisely. You should also communicate findings to non-technical audiences and drive issues to resolution independently. This role carries high impact with goals tied to the business bottom line.
