Job Description
The Data Analyst, ReLo role supports data-driven decision making to optimize operations and customer delivery within Amazon ReLo warehouses. This onsite position is based in Reading, PA.

Overview
Data Analyst, ReLo at Amazon.com Services LLC performs data analysis and reporting to optimize operations and customer delivery in Amazon ReLo warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily and weekly SOX reporting as assigned; perform deep-dives, document findings, implement JDI actions to resolve issues, and identify escalations with action items for leadership.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify improvements by efficiently querying large data warehouse datasets to uncover trends and present these findings to leadership.
- Develop and maintain regular SQL reports for leadership using the Amazon data warehouse; publish outputs via email, Amazon QuickSight, or Excel.
- Work in path, performing associate and leadership tasks within an Amazon ReLo warehouse to identify data-driven solutions and potential automations.
- Collaborate with the quality leadership team to raise standards and identify defects in operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional work experience, or equivalent experience using Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds; stand and walk for shifts up to 12 hours; frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
- At least 1 year of professional work experience, or experience with MS Office emphasizing Excel.
- At least 1 year of experience writing complex Excel VBA macros.
- Experience with advanced SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Experience using data to drive root cause analysis and process improvement.
