Data Analyst Sr

The Data Analyst Sr in the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) department analyzes production data, builds dashboards, and guides cross-functional decision-making to support program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data to answer business questions and support PP&C objectives.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visual narratives that communicate insights clearly.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define problem statements, modeling approaches, and ground rules.
• Manage data quality, oversee data-scraping activities, and resolve data issues promptly.
• Track key performance indicators and support program-management tasks related to cost and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to perform job duties
• Experienced in scripting in one or more languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of system databases, data elements, data structures and hierarchies, and/or application software solutions to optimize data gathering and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
